The SCCIJ and the Swiss Club Tokyo are delighted to announce the opening of registration for this year’s Year-End Party – the highlight of the Swiss-Japanese community’s calendar in Tokyo!

This year’s celebration will feature:
– A festive welcome cocktail
– A rich Swiss-inspired gala dinner
– A raffle with exclusive prizes
– A refreshed costume contest – so get creative and join the fun!

✨ Special Member Price
Active Swiss Club Tokyo members (STC Members) who have paid their 2025 membership fee are entitled to the special rate of JPY 19,000 (instead of the non-member price of JPY 23,000).

*Deadline: November 19, 2025; 23:59 JST.
**Until October 10, registration is prioritized for SCCIJ and Swiss Club Tokyo members. 
After this date, seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.*
*No-shows and cancellations after the deadline will be fully charged.*
*Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions.*
Companies interested in booking an exclusive branded table (JPY 190,000, up to 10 guests) or sponsoring a raffle prize are kindly invited to contact the SCCIJ Office at info@sccij.jp.
