from 17:00 to 21:00 at the YC&AC in Yokohama

17:00 Registration, cocktails, musical entertainment
18:00 Short ceremony with speeches and National Hymns
18:15 Casual dinner with grilled sausages, raclette and assorted finger foods
– Swiss wine sponsored by the Embassy of Switzerland

– Cash bar for alcoholic beverages other than the wine

Coin parking is available next to the main entrance and near the tennis courts.
Please take note that space is limited and that the event might be sold out before we reach the deadline!
Also, applications are not confirmed until receipt of payment, and there will be no refund for cancellations after the deadline!
Special Notice!
In the afternoon before the party, guests can use the pool of the YC&AC at half the regular rate.
Adults and teenagers, age 14+: JPY 2200
Children, age 5-13: JPY 1100
Children, age 0 – 4: free
However, parents who just observe their children and do not enter the water have free access to the poolside.
